What we need in a nutshell

As a Guest Services Advisor, we want you to make our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and inspired to have their best holiday ever, from check-in to the moment they leave. Your role, always with a friendly smile, will include: 

Meeting and greeting guests and checking them in and out  Making bookings for activities and dealing with enquires  Resolving complaints in a way that makes guests properly looked after 

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on weekends and bank holidays too.
