The Role

As a Senior Data Analyst at INDOC, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform key business initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop analytical solutions, and present findings in a clear and compelling manner.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our data-driven culture and drive meaningful impact across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collect, clean, and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations, presentations, and reports.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Previous experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
