The job
We are looking for Senior Project Managers to lead the various streams of our Campaign to Cash transformation project.
The primary purpose of the role will be to lead, oversee and ensure the successful delivery of the relevant component of an enterprise-wide business solution (includes Salesforce, Zuora, Informatica, DocuSign and Oracle ERP platform).
Experience
Track record of delivering Enterprise scale ERP or Business Application type projects. Strong organizational, planning, and monitoring skills with evidence of overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion. Proven ability to identify and manage ambiguity and address issues as they arise to keep projects on track. Ability to build consensus and manage diverse, group-wide business stakeholders through influence. Experience of leading teams through IT and process changes and ensuring smooth transitions. Ideally experience working within Blue Chip organizations (FTSE, Fortune, Global brands). Lead to Cash / ERP experience preferred - Familiarity with CRM / ERP platforms and sales processes for optimizing sales conversion, and revenue generation would be ideal. Experience of delivery working with System Integrators and specialist vendors. An understanding of programme authorities and artefacts used for managing projects in a programme delivery environment.Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field; project management and/or general business management; or equivalent, related IT experience. Project management training and certification (PMP, Prince II or similar.)About AVEVA
