Pay rate: £95 - £115 per day

Start date: September

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting young people with their daily lives, offering guidance, and ensuring their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day care and support to young people in a residential setting.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
  • Assist with daily activities, including educational and recreational pursuits.
  • Implement individual care plans tailored to each young person's needs.
  • Support young people in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure consistent and high-quality care.

Requirements

  • Genuine passion for working with young people and making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a nurturing approach to support young individuals' emotional and social needs.
  • Experience in a similar role or working with young people in a residential setting is advantageous.
  • Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive environment.
