Priory Healthcare is a leading provider of Learning Disability and Mental Health Hospitals in the Norfolk area. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Resourcing & HR Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting recruitment and retention efforts across our three hospitals in Burston, Harleston & Great Ellingham.


Responsibilities:
• Manage and process recruitment adverts, applications, and other related documentation. 
• Arrange and coordinate interviews for candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. 
• Process offers and regrets for successful and unsuccessful candidates respectively. 
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, serving as their first point of contact and representing Priory as the face of the sites. 
• Develop recruitment and marketing initiatives to attract top talent, including attending recruitment events and job fairs, as well as utilising Social Media. 
• Support employee retention through wellbeing and appreciation initiatives and events. 
• Engage with employee forums, actively seek feedback, and champion employee views. 
• Collaborate with the wider HR Team to provide support in training, compliance, employee relations, and payroll. 


Requirements:
• Strong IT skills and proven administrative experience. 
• Previous experience in HR, Recruitment, or Marketing is advantageous. 
• Possess a positive and proactive approach with a confident and approachable demeanour. 
• Demonstrate creativity, flexibility, and adaptability in tackling challenges. 
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to support the goals of the HR team. 
• Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines. 
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information and situations with professionalism.
