Are you an experienced E-Invoicing Consultant looking for an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in the United Kingdom? Or a skilled EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Consultant with a deep understanding f data integration and seamless communication systems?

Join our dynamic team at Comarch UK as we revolutionize the way businesses handle their invoicing processes. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Invoicing Consultant/ EDI Consultant to help our clients optimize their invoicing workflows and drive operational efficiency

Candidate profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration or relevant field Proven experience as an E-Invoicing or Electronic Data Exchange Pre-sales Consultant, ideally within a consulting or professional services firm In-depth knowledge of processes, standards, and technologies, such as EANCOM, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, XML, and others Familiarity with e-invoicing platforms and software solutions, including integration with ERP and accounting systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client requirements and design effective solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and present recommendations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Understanding regulatory requirements related to e-invoicing, such as VAT compliance Willingness to travel to client sites as required

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, business processes, and systems around E-Invoicing and Electronic Data Interchange Provide expert guidance and recommendations on implementing electronic data interchange and e-invoicing solutions, including system selection, configuration, and integration Prepare and conduct presentations and product demos Analyse market, trends identification, and content generation dedicated to Comarch’s business for the E-invoicing / Electronic Data Interchange product in UK region Take an active role in RFI/RFP processes and in contract negotiations, led by the sales team with additional support from the legal department Close cooperation with sales and marketing teams on a daily basis to generate leads, through meaningful b2b marketing campaigns and content generation
