If so, Teaching Personnel are working with reputable Secondary Schools based in Wigan who are looking for full time Cover Supervisors for immediate or September 2024 starts

Responsibilities:

  • Support with delivering lessons and managing student behaviour.
  • Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to monitor student progress and address concerns.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  •   Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
  •   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  •   Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  •   Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational environment.
