Catering Supervisor

Your main aim will be to ensure a high standard of service is provided within catering.

You will be working on Saturdays and Sundays, on permanent part-time basis, 10:00 to 19:00.

You will also:

Prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards Ensure that the working environment is clean, tidy and safe Effectively supervise a team Be responsible for all aspects of your shift including, promotions, cash handling, staff training and securing the premises You may be required to provide supervision for a staff catering outlets and patient services.

To succeed in this role you will need:

Experience as a Chef with a passion for food
Supervisory experience in a similar role Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification - e.g. Food Hygiene Certificate
