Job Description:
We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our transport division, overseeing a Supervisor and multiple operatives for a large rail client. You will be supporting the Operations Manager by ensuring the sites are supervised efficiently and that the specified cleaning standards are maintained to a high level.

As a Duty Manager you will:
Ensure cleaners and supervisors are trained and records are maintained effectively including HSEQ training/machinery training/specification training. Supervise employees to ensure specified cleaning and work standards are maintained at all times, highlighting any issues to the Account Manager To carry out daily audits on sections of the site, record and give copies of reports to Account manager weekly Inform Account Manager immediately of any vacancies and provide support in appointing cleaners through interviews To complete tool box talks and staff meetings on a monthly basisAs a Duty Manager you’ll have:
A 5 year checkable work history Awareness of COSHH, H&S and IOSH A willingness to contribute to the development and implementation of the overall ethos/work/aims of Churchill Ability to multi-task with a methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure The ability to adhere to manual handling and health and safety regulations as requiredWhat we offer you
