Key Responsibilities

Ensure the image of the contract reflects the professional image of the Company Provide support for Senior Managers General administrative duties including completion of key records, stores control Responsible for the control of all techniques, paperwork, equipment, materials and resources to achieve the highest quality, most cost effective and technically appropriate results Responsible for maintaining stock levels, keeping all delivery or materials movement records safe, assuring all materials are signed out from stores Ensure all equipment on site is in good working order, report any defects and make sure they are followed through

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

BICS Level 2 Cleaning and supervisory skills and experience Knowledge of cleaning processes and quality standards Articulate and numerate with good communication skills both oral and written Self-motivated and energetic Ability to motivate a team ensuring motivation and an environment that promotes commitment and limits absences
