Duties and responsibilities:

Play a crucial part in the development of the hospital stock holding strategy  Responsible for the purchasing processes of all materials and goods, ensuring stock is receipted, charged and returned accurately Ensure Stores KPIs are met: AP Queries, Stock Day Holding, Regular Consignment stock reconciliations, un-receipted PO, and storage location organisation Establish, implement and manage systems to evaluate, monitor and report on slow-moving stock, effective stock rotation and stock date checks Monitor and make recommendations concerning the supplier base of preferred suppliers / supplier partnerships Lead and support the Stores team with a “hands-on” approach to ensure they succeed in meeting their objectives Responsible for leading consumable and prosthesis stock takes within the hospital, with supervision from the Operations Director and Finance Director Manage supplier consignment stock audits from an operational capability and financial risk standpoint Build working relationships with key stakeholders in all departments  Act as an ambassador for Spire Healthcare whilst dealing with Consultants and Suppliers

Who we're looking for:

Previous responsibility for supply chain management with an annual value of over £15m Experience and familiarity with management of consignment stock  GCSE Maths and English - grade C or above Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
