Working with a team of 16 chefs and 5 Kitchen Porters See our website for the full range of menu choices being created. Flexible shifts covering breakfast, lunch, dinner service including weekend working (5 days per week) Gain quality experience in a fresh food environment. The passion and drive to respond to training and support and to contribute to the future success of the kitchen brigade who continue to develop award winning dishes.

Requirements

Quality experience in a fresh food environment A desire to gain experience and the passion for learning to create rosette standard dishes from fresh local ingredients. Ability to work flexible shifts. 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, your choice. Experience within a quality hotel kitchen environment. Team player with an ability and desire to contribute to the teams success. Excellent eye for detail and able to deliver consistent standards.
