Your new role: This specific role is for an early year teacher at a small village school in Somerset. The school is easily accessible with ample parking available. It is a great community school with a dedicated staff committed to the wellbeing of the children. The class does have some SEND needs, so experience would be essential. They are looking for an experienced early years' teacher, who is happy-go-lucky and willing to get stuck in and help. It would be 5 days a week starting in January, going long term until July as long as both you and the school are happy with the placement. 
Some of your duties will include
Delivering Lessons: Teach pre-prepared lessons and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher.Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment, managing student behaviour effectively.
Adapting to Different Classes: Quickly adapt to different classroom settings and student needs, often with little prior notice.
Following School Policies: Adhere to the school's policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
Marking and Feedback: Mark students' work and provide detailed feedback to the class teacher.
Communication: Communicate effectively with other staff members, including teaching assistants and senior leadership, to ensure a smooth transition and continuity for students.
Requirements to succeed in your new role:
