Job Title: Sports Coach

Location: Basildon, Essex

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic sports enthusiast with a passion for inspiring and empowering children through athletics? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sports Coach in Basildon.

Requirements:

  • Coaching qualification in relevant sports discipline (e.g. FA, RFU, British Gymnastics)
  • Minimum C grade in GCSE Maths and English
  • Child-only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
  • A genuine commitment to making a positive impact on children's lives
  • Driving licence advantageous

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging sports sessions for children of varying ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement training programmes to enhance individual and team skills
  • Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to motivate participants
  • Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy competition among students
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
