The Lapland division of one of Scotland's most dynamic Leisure Travel Groups are recruiting talented and confident salespeople to join our fast-growing specialist business - Santa Claus Trips.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years travel sales experience and a proven travel sales record.
Knowledge of selling Lapland holidays is not required, full training will be given.
Salary: Competitive salary, bonus and incentives
Hours: Full time and Part time, permanent position including weekend and evening hours
Location: Ayr/Glasgow/Hybrid Office and Homeworking positions available
Experience, Qualities & Skills
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years travel sales experience.
- Achievements in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Enjoy a sales-orientated, fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic seller with ability to create and bring to life the magic of Christmas/Lapland
- Passionate about delivering the very best customer service
- Possess confident, professional and friendly approach to building client rapport
- Experience selling holidays in a retail store or call centre.
Responsibilities
- Matching the perfect trip for our clients
- Meeting/exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
- Providing cost calculations for quotations
- Processing bookings accurately and efficiently
- Providing high levels of customer satisfaction
