As a Commercial Finance Business Partner based on a hybrid working basis (50/50) from our Bury St Edmunds offices your role will be key to analysing performance and trends across our Pub Partners division.

Your role as a Commercial Finance Business Partner:
Analyse gross margin performance, identifying key drivers and trends. Provide financial support and guidance to drive gross margin improvement initiatives. Lead the gross margin budgeting and forecasting processes. Support strategic projects and initiatives aimed at improving gross margin performance. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on gross margin strategies and decisions. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.What you'll bring...
Well organised with a naturally enquiring mind and a willingness to take ownership. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Confident in challenging non-finance colleagues based on a combination of robust analysis/insight and experience. Experience in commercially facing finance roles would be beneficial. Ideally CIMA/ACCA equivalent qualified Expert user in Excel and Cognos 10 would be beneficial.#LI-RS1
