ONBOARDING SPECIALIST / MALVERN / OFFICE BASED / COMPETITIVE SALARY
A unique opportunity for an ambitious individual. A Malvern based SME is looking to find a forward-thinking onboarding professional to help drive the business forward.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new employees. You will work closely with the Senior Management Team (SMT) and collaborate with various departments to deliver a comprehensive onboarding program. This role may also expand to include more general duties such as workforce planning and other HR functions as needed.

- Option for part-time or full-time work (24 hours upwards, either 3 days per week or 5 days reduced hours).
Key Responsibilities of the Onboarding Specialist:
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes and programs for new hires across both production and office roles.
- Provide a welcoming and informative introduction to the company culture, values, and expectations.
- Coordinate and conduct orientation sessions and training programs for new employees.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and compliance documentation are completed accurately and promptly.
- Act as the main point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process.
- Work closely with the SMT to continuously improve and refine onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of onboarding programs and suggest improvements based on feedback and best practices.
- Assist in workforce planning and other HR functions as needed.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an onboarding or HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Minimum experience of 5 years in HR or recruitment.
