Job Title: TutorJob Duties:
  • Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects
  • Develop customised lesson plans based on individual student needs
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance
  • Help students prepare for exams and improve study skills
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a tutor or teacher
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet student needs
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent subject knowledge in the areas of tutoring
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students
  • Organisational skills and time management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with students of different ages and abilities
Working Conditions:

Tutors may need to travel to students' homes or conduct sessions at a designated tutoring centre. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate students' schedules.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
