Job summary
An exciting opportunity have arisen to join the MRI Physics Team at HUTH NHS Trust following the expansion of the Radiation Protection and Radiology Physics group. We are looking for an experienced and motivated HCPC registered Clinical Scientist working at MRSE level to join a team of four MR physicists. Candidates with less experience working towards MRSE and/or an interest in ultrasound are also encouraged to apply.
Physics support is provided to two acute Trusts either side of the Humber (four sites), as well as local Community Diagnostic Centres, mobile services and private providers. The twelve local systems are a mixture of , Philips, Siemens and GE, static and mobile installations. There are an additional three new installations with the next six months.
This is an excellent opportunity to take an advanced role within a growing team and to develop your own areas of specialist clinical MR physics support and research interests. Active engagement with regional and national networks are strongly encouraged.
