Are you an experienced security professional? We're looking for a dedicated and organized Security Officer to join our team, working 48 hours per week between Monday and Saturday in Luton.

Rate: £19.50 per hour.

Job Opportunity

DS/CP Licence Holder

Capable of adopting a proactive stance on all security-related matters for the entire duration of the assignment.

Prepared to respond effectively to identified threats, incidents, or to provide support for colleagues' wellbeing as required.

Able to maintain consistent and appropriate communication with the Joint Operations Centre, utilising radio, tablet, or other technological devices.

Demonstrates exemplary bearing and deportment at all times; remains alert, observant, highly visible, and maintains a strong security presence.


Person Specifications:

  • Highly organised
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong self-management abilities
  • Proficient in problem-solving
  • Effective at building and maintaining relationships
  • Demonstrates a strong customer-focused approach
  • Maintains an excellent professional bearing

Essential Skills
  • SIA/CP license
  • Ex Armed Forces or Police experience would be preferred
  • Right to work in the UK
  • 5-year checkable work history
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Reasonable commuting distance
