include: Flowing down product requirements and identifying system and subsystem requirements.  Designing, development and test activities Managing design review Supervising commercialization and operationalization including field support for product introduction Producing technical documentation & records Managing work package definition, planning and estimation in collaboration with project management Overseeing delegation, co-ordination and technical oversight of work conducted by the project team Using and ensuring the application of sound engineering principles and adherence to business, industry, and other regulatory standards

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or relevant STEM discipline Have experience in a product development role Have a track record of delivery of new product development projects Have deep domain knowledge of In-line inspection technologies preferred Posses advanced skills in CAD (3-D modeling and 2-D drafting) – in CREO &/or Inventor Have skills in Finite Element Analysis tools in a design & build environment (preferred) Have experience of leading project teams in a new product development environment Display excellent communication skills, with experience presenting at management level Be able to travel occasionally for business
