Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the PE department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Develop and implement an engaging and comprehensive PE curriculum.
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in physical education and sports.
• Organize and oversee extra-curricular sports activities, clubs, and inter-school competitions.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a holistic educational experience.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing tailored support and intervention as needed.
• Manage departmental resources effectively, including equipment and facilities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and personal growth.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Physical Education.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a PE department.
• A strong track record of improving student outcomes in PE.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to promoting health, fitness, and well-being among students.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team of dedicated PE teachers.
• Experience in organizing sports events and extra-curricular activities.
