Your role as an IT Manager will be integral to the success of this ambitious venture.
As part of a startup business, you will spearhead the development of our IT Strategy, including Network Architecture, in a completely new environment. Your responsibilities will encompass implementing a comprehensive disaster recovery plan, devising and executing IT security plans and systems, ensuring seamless connectivity of all our manufacturing equipment, and leading the overall strategy for technology delivery from the outset.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assemble and manage a team, evaluate and manage third-party agreements (both existing and new), and serve as the foremost expert in your field. We expect you to bring a wealth of experience from within the manufacturing sector, demonstrating a track record of effectively managing IT departments and delivering robust hardware and software infrastructure, ensuring data security, implementing disaster recovery measures, and shaping systems architecture.
