The positionwill be based in our Mansfield Nottinghamshirehead office but you will be required to observe staff and meetservice users in the community in our Erewash area. We are lookingfor a skilled manager who is passionate about supportingpeople has a personcentred approach to guidingstaff and can think strategically toprovide the bestrota.


Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for planning andcompleting weekly rotas for all employees working closely with theRegistered Manager to meet all service users requests and ensuringbusiness needs are met consistently. You will also manage a team ofstaff in line with company policies and support new team members tointegrate into the team culture. Flexibility is required as thereare aspects of working from home in this role but you will also berequired to work from the office on set days and additional days asrequested by yourmanager.
