Responsibilities of aUpper KS2 Teacher:
As a Upper KS2Teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care of childrentaking their first steps in Key Stage 2 promoting teamwork andcultivating a conducive learning environment.
Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children whilealso focusing on each individual childs learning targetsencouraging their strengths and improving theirweaknesses
Further developing maths ability andintroducing fractions statistics and geometry
Help children develop their writing ability by creating plotscharacters and settings for stories.
Keepingtrack of childrens progress and occasionally reporting back toparents
Create a positive learning environmentthat is both safe and conducive for learning
Collaborate with school management teaching staff and parents toprovide quality academic support for Upper KS2students.
Upper KS2 Teacherrequirements:
Bachelors degree orabove in Education or related field.
Teachingqualification and QTS.
At least 2 years ofexperience in teaching Upper KS2 students.
Strong communication interpersonal and organizationalskills.
Passion for working with children and acommitment to providing highquality education.
Ability to create and present engaging and interactive lessonplans.
Ability to work collaboratively withother teachers and schoolstaff.
