We are working with an established European freight forwarding service provider, to find a motivated and confident individual to join their team as a Graduate Operations Co-ordinator.

About You:
• Are you a recent Graduate looking for a great opportunity to build experience in the lucrative and interesting world of European Freight Forwarding and Logistics?
• Do you have an interest in commerce, logistics and providing second-to-none customer service? a strong communicator, self-motivated and proactive?

The Job:
As the Graduate Operations Co-ordinator…
• You will receive excellent training to enable you to assist with the management of a key contract for a European based manufacturer.
• You’ll be given guidance to allow you to become proficient in client liaison both written (email) and verbal (tele).
• Learn how to negotiate and liaise with external suppliers and your clients.
• You’ll guided on how to communicate complex logistical solutions both verbally and in writing.
• Gain an understanding of Customs requirements in a post-Brexit trading relationship with Europe
Requirements:
• Entrepreneurial outlook with a great sense of customer service
• Commercial acumen
• Negotiating skills to maximise gross profit.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Good IT Skills
