Starting salary: £40,950 to £44,394 per annum full time (Scale PO2)

Could you be our next Organisational Change Project Manager?

We are recruiting to an exciting role to work within our business improvement team to support, deliver change and improvement within our ongoing force projects, such as the Digital Case File (DCF) project which forms part of our RMS Upgrade programme.

The DCF project is a national multi-agency, cross platform project, aimed at designing and implementing a new process by which police and Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) will exchange digital case information.

What do we need from you?

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organised and good communicator with the ability to work with a wide range of people building and maintaining long lasting relationships. You will also need to be innovative, bringing your sparkle to the challenge

Project management qualification (Prince 2, APMG, Scrum or similar) is required. If you do not have a qualification, we can offer an apprenticeship for APMG.
