Hours of work:   Saturday 7.30am-12.00pm & Sunday 8.00am - 2.30pm

Location:  James Hall & Co. Ltd, SPAR Distribution Centre, Bowland View,Preston, PR2 5QT

About the Role

The Kettle House is our in-house canteen that serves our employees, visitors and organises the catering for any hospitality events we might have.

What will I be doing?

Serve food and beverages to staff or visitors in the Kettle House. Till operation taking cash and cashless payment. Stock replenishment and merchandising. Ensure all departmental standards including customer service, health & safety and food hygiene are maintained. General cleaning, housekeeping, and washing pots. Comply with all departmental and company policies regarding food safety, health, and safety, COSHH, Safe Systems of Work, fire and ammonia evacuation procedures. Undertaking company training in regard to food safety.
