Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative and high-quality dessertmenus.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen,ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

- Lead and inspire the pastry team, providing guidance andfostering a collaborative work environment.

- Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonalmenus and special offerings.

- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage thefreshness of ingredients.

- Ensure efficient pastry kitchen workflows and maintain apositive and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or in a similarleadership role within the culinary industry.

- Strong pastry skills and a track record of creatingsuccessful and creative dessert menus.

- Exceptional organizational, communication, andinterpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment andefficiently manage tasks.

- Familiarity with inventory management and orderingprocesses.
