EnViva, part of the Sonderwell Group are looking for Complex Care Assistants in the Frinton area.

We have a robust and indepth onboarding process where as a new employee, you’ll first complete your training and paid induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team. This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team. 

Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You’ll start building your own support network from day one – this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at Group Support.

 

You will be spending your time with our client within their own home where you will be supporting with their daily routine.

Our client loves their care team reading them stories and listening to their tonie box. They also enjoy going to football matches to support their team.

Your day to day activities may include:

  • Moving & handling
  • Personal care
  • Gastrostomy feeding
  • Medication
  • Oral & nasal suctioning
  • Seizure management
