Collateral Ops Analyst

Production/OversightControls:
- Workautonomously as part of the Regulatory Ops & CollateralManagement team and collaborate closely with internal/externalstakeholders as appropriate.
- Main point ofcontact for Collateral Ops queries from internal and externalstakeholders Manage and/or escalate issues/topics in a timelymanner.
- Coordinate and monitor collateralagreement onboarding activity.
- Daily oversightcontrols including collateral disputes failed collateral movementscoupon claims.
- Weekly oversight controls ofcollateral onboarding activity.
- Production andreview of key performance indicators.
- Analyzeexisting collateral processes identify structural inefficienciesand investigate root causes.
- Define remedialaction/enhancements and monitor subsequentimplementation.
- Manage stakeholders includingservice providers (Service reviews etc.).
- Draft review and maintain operationalprocedures.
Projects/Initiatives:
- Actively contribute to Collateral projects andinitiatives as Subject Matter Expert and ensure appropriateprocesses and documentation are defined for the Team.
- Lead/moderate workshops/governances across teams anddifferent management levels.
- Think out of thebox differently unconventionally or from a new perspective: suggestpragmatic and innovative solutions to regular problems withpositive attitude.
- Build credible trustedrelationships with our key internal and external stakeholdersacross all levels of the organization (Project Operations LegalDistribution Service Providers etc.).
- Transparent and regular communication with the Team andmanager.
- Proactive resultoriented putting ourClients needs first.
Keyrequirements/Skills/Experience:
- Excellent university degree preferably in Business orFinance.
- Prior relevant experience (ideally 23years) working in Middle Office activities (OTC ETD Centralclearing or Collateral management).
- Priorrelevant experience (ideally 23 years) working on Regulatory topics(EMIR etc.) within the Asset Management industry.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with projectmanagement methods.
- Ability to collaborateeffectively with stakeholders across various functions such asPortfolio Management IT Sales and with Serviceproviders.
- Team spirit with good communicationand presentation skills and outstanding interpersonalcompetence.
- Highly organized ability to workindependently.
