Part Time - 30 hours per week, working Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday per week .

Salary above NMW/NLW Pay Rates. This is a temporary seasonal position during Spring peak trading until 31st May 2024

We are recruiting a Gardening/Horticultural Retail Assistant to work with our experienced horticultural team at our Notcutts St Albans Garden Centre.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who takes pride in working to a high standard under pressure in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment. Ideally, the successful candidate will have recent and relevant experience within a retail environment and/or customer service role.

The role will involve working within our outdoor department, this will involve manual heavy lifting. It goes without saying that a huge interest in gardening is a large requirement of the role, which would make it ideal for a keen gardener. The successful candidate will also love being outdoors in all weather and all seasons
