Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our busy EV department at our Group's headquarters in Belton, Grantham.

Working closely with and as a key part of the EV team, the role will consist of overseeing personnel in the workshop, ensuring production targets are being hit every week and producing KPI’s for senior management to review.
This role is predominantly based on day shift, but on occasion you may be asked to work on our late shift to support our late shift operators.

The successful individual will have prior management experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. They will also be required to achieve a company funded, external HV EV level 4 certification.

Responsibilities include:

·         Ensure Production Plan Targets are being hit each month

·         Manage EV Production Personnel

·         Manage Stock Levels of both components and batteries on site

·         Manage Faulty Modules on site

·         Make, feedback KPI’s for EV production

Requirements

·         Have prior experience of managing personnel

·         Ability to lead a team of individuals to achieve a common goal

·         Able to produce KPI’s on a weekly basis

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Flexible and adaptable to various tasks

·         Safety Conscious

·         Proactive and can take initiative to escalate issues

·         Have great attention to detail

·         Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures

·         Good communication skills

·         Ability to work both days and late shifts
