The role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will join our collaborative and supportive team to help maintain and develop data driven solutions that can really provide business impact. We are looking for a highly motivated and results oriented individual who is comfortable guiding peers and taking charge of projects.

What will you do on a normal day?

In this role you will deliver insights underpinned by robust data analysis to drive strategic business decision-making. You will have a continuous improvement mind-set to identify, recommend, and lead projects to improve process efficiency. You will solve problems for various stakeholders using data and the results will be deployed to the business.

What are we looking for?

Degree (or equivalent) in a STEM subject at 2.1 level or higher. A logical thinker and create problem who can use data to instigate change in business areas. Works well with others, building strong relationships and promoting a cooperative work environment. Supports and mentors colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping them grow. 2+ years recent experience in a role requiring use of data analytics experience Confident initiating and steering projects to ensure successful delivery of multiple projects on time. A desire to progress within the organisation and take on leadership responsibilities. Ability to provide bespoke insights off the back of data analysis / modelling results. Experienced in SQL. Communicating data to people in non-data roles.

Desirable experience:

Additional programming languages (R, Python, VBA) Dashboarding (PowerBI /Qlik / Tableau etc) Experience mentoring junior analysts.
