Are you a passionate Science Graduate seeking an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic school environment? Our schools in Harlow are looking for a dedicated Science Graduate to join our team in September 2024 as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor.

As a Science Graduate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students’ learning and development. You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of engaging science lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and providing support to both students and teachers. Whether you are working as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor, your enthusiasm and expertise in science will inspire our students to achieve their best.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist teachers in preparing and delivering high-quality science lessons.

- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring a positive learning environment.

- Support individual students or small groups to enhance their understanding of science topics.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging educational activities.

- Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.

 

Requirements:

- A degree in a Science-related subject.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.

- Enthusiasm for working with young people and a commitment to their educational success.
