Join Ringway Jacobs' prestigious five-year Level 6 Civil Engineering Degree Apprenticeship and earn a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BEng) while gaining invaluable hands-on experience across diverse business areas including Structures, Development Management, Highways Design, and Construction & Maintenance, with additional opportunities in Finance, Commercial, and Asset Management. Our rotational scheme, coupled with a minimum of 20% dedicated off-the-job training, ensures you acquire the critical knowledge, skills, and behaviors for professional accreditation with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) through active participation in a variety of highway and civil engineering projects.
The Role
•Assist with the preparation, design, planning, programming, and ordering of capital and revenue works and services.
•Assist with the development of designs through the use of CAD based software.
•Production of scheme work packages including Pre construction information.
•Maintain accurate records on the allocated projects.
•Assist with correspondence relating to work areas and provide timely and accurate responses.
About You
•3 A Levels including Maths OR BTEC Level 3 in an Engineering or Construction discipline is desirable. An equivalent technical qualification (i.e. T level) is also acceptable.
•Experience of using MS packages – Word, Excel and Outlook is desirable
•A current driving licence is desirable for this role
