TheRole:

We are looking for aproactive and driven Telesales Appointment Setter to join ourbustling sales team. In this vital role you will be the first pointof contact for our potential clients playing a key role in oursales process by generating interest and scheduling appointmentsfor our sales executives. You will use your excellent communicationskills and persuasive nature to reach out to prospects identifyopportunities and set the stage for successful salespitches.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Conduct outboundcalls to potential clients to introduce our companys products andservices.
  • Identify and qualify leads todetermine their interest andsuitability.
  • Schedule appointments for oursales team ensuring a smooth transition and briefing for effectivefollowup.
  • Maintain accurate records of callsnotes and appointments scheduled in our CRMsystem.
  • Collaborate with the sales andmarketing teams to improve call strategies and approaches based onfeedback and results.
  • Achieve and exceedmonthly appointment setting goals andtargets.

  • Previous experience intelesales appointment setting or a similarrole.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • The ability to quicklyestablish rapport and trust over thephone.
  • Have access to a motorvehicle daily
  • Selfmotivation andthe determination to meet and exceedtargets.
  • The ability to work effectively bothindependently and as part of ateam.

Location:This position is available in our vibrantoffice located in Warrington on the Omega site. which is noteasilyaccessible via public transport. Therefore we would prefer peoplewho drove. If you are local and dont drive we will look at it on acase by case basis.
