Here's What the Job Entails:
Mechanical and Body Work : Perform all necessary mechanical and body work on assigned jobs. Vehicle Dismantling : Dismantle vehicles to prepare them for the panel shop. Inspections and Diagnostics: Conduct inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostic work. Parts Management : Order replacement parts and ensure their timely arrival. Vehicle Reassembly : Reassemble vehicles with new parts to restore them to pre-accident condition.Here's What We're Looking for in You:
Experience: Significant experience as an MET Technician from an accident repair background. Attention to Detail : High attention to detail and the ability to work skilfully and safely under pressure. Workload Planning : Effective workload planning to meet agreed timescales. Specifications Adherence : Ability to work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications. Team Player : Team player with the initiative to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility : Flexibility in approach and commitment to maintaining high standards.
