Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator with over three years of experience in the care industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and a deep understanding of care services, including medication management. This role will involve handling a variety of administrative duties, managing medication inquiries, and supporting our care team to ensure the highest level of service for our clients.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medication Inquiries:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all medication-related inquiries from clients, their families, and care staff.
    • Liaise with healthcare providers and pharmacies to ensure accurate and timely medication management.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medication policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information and guidance.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of medication management protocols and procedures.

  • Client & Care Team Support:

    • Assist in coordinating care services, ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Handle client and family concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions, medication inquiries, and office activities.
    • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits, inspections, and management review.
