We are looking for a creative individual who can produce content for multiple channels, including our company intranet and website, and will take the lead in administration work. Training will be provided.

About The Role

Main Duties:
  • Copywriting: Write copy for various formats.

  • Website and Intranet Management: Update content via the CMS.

  • Collaborative Production: Work with agencies to produce adverts, brochures, and videos.

  • Social Media Support: Assist in updating the company’s social media channels.

  • Campaign Support: Help with email and printed mail shots.

  • Event Support: Provide assistance for marketing events and exhibitions.

  • Photo Shoot Coordination: Organise photo shoots by liaising with photographers.

  • Media Monitoring: Track both traditional and new media.

  • Photo Library Management: Maintain and organise photo libraries.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research as required.

  • Corporate Gifts: Order corporate gifts when necessary.

  • Department Administration: Handle various administrative tasks within the department.

  • General Support: Assist the Marketing Department with day-to-day activities.

Personal Specifications:
  • Qualifications: Marketing/media-related degree or proven skills in these areas.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe software is an advantage.
