What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

Strategically collaborate with team managers to identify revenue opportunities, possibly through creative solutions, and drive the implementation to realize them Lead strategic and quantitative analysis to support key business decisions and help chart the course for optimizing our hotel supply Develop and maintain supplier optimization project plans specifying goals, strategy, scheduling, identification of risks and contingency plans; prepare project status reports Lead end to end program management including (but not limited to) analyzing data, preparing and delivering presentations to both internal and external clients, and the identification and implementation of process improvements  Continuous monitoring of booking trends in comparison to business goals & revenue growth opportunity identification through KPIs resulting on work in collaboration with Revenue Management teams to ensure optimum shareholder returns and customer value Provision of subject matter expertise to Product and Technologies for the introduction of new shopping technologies that help to push diversity of hotel results and preferred supplier merchandizing strategy Ability to learn product functionality and content distribution in order to support deployment and field inquiries for Supply Marketplace Design and build data-driven hotel optimization models using advanced Analytics/Data Science techniques

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with multiple GDSs a must A self-starter who is an inquisitive problem-solver eager to seek knowledge with a growth mind-set Demonstrates experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing people at all levels of the organization in order to set common goals and deliver according to plans Innovative thought leadership and analytical skills that result in successful problem solving.  Strategic thinker with the ability to spot trends, used to combine thought leadership as well as execution to manage partnerships and drive win-win-win solutions for both GBT, clients and partners Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including handling sensitive information with partners Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively and progressing work in parallel Strong experience using Tableau or Power BI to pull data from various sources, develop and publish automated reports and dashboards Proficient at using MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Online Booking Tool experience highly preferred Able to work effectively and show flexibility in a complex, diverse, global, and changing environment Analyses and compartmentalizes issues. Makes systematic and rational judgments based on relevant information
