Job Title: Sports Coach

Location: Chesterfield

Pay rate: £95 - £115 per day

Start date: September

The Role

As a Sports Coach, you will play a vital role in developing students' athletic abilities, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and instilling the values of teamwork and sportsmanship. Your commitment and expertise will help students excel in sports and physical activities, building their confidence and skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging sports and physical education lessons
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance students' athletic abilities
  • Encourage student participation in various sports and physical activities
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment where all students feel motivated and supported
  • Organize and supervise sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities
  • Provide individual coaching and support to help students achieve their personal best

Requirements

  • A passion for sports and promoting physical fitness
  • Experience working as a sports coach or in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
  • Enthusiasm, patience, and a positive attitude
  • Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are desirable
