The BSW Talking Therapies Service is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and qualified High Intensity Therapist to join our dynamic and expanding service to help manage the increasing demand for Step 3 CBT with a particular focus on clinical supervision.
We currently operate a hybrid working arrangement, where you will be based in Devizes, Salisbury, Swindon or Bath combined with opportunities for remote working from home. Please note in your supporting information which location would be your preference.
Main duties of the job
You will provide a qualified specialist psychological therapy service for anxiety and depression to clients from the NHS Talking Therapies service. This involves providing specialist psychological assessment and therapy, using the therapy model specified by the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression Manual.
You will also provide professional and clinical supervision to other members of the team.
You will be joining the service at an exciting time with expansion across all areas which will open up excellent development opportunities.
You will receive regular supervision and an extensive programme of CPD opportunities to ensure your continued learning and development.
We are a friendly and supportive team with a strong focus on staff wellbeing. We often run fun team activities and offer the opportunity for staff to get involved in specialist areas of interest as a "champion". To provide specialist psychological therapy assessments and treatments with clients referred to the NHS Talking Therapies service.Professional:

To receive regular clinical professional supervision from a qualified NHS Talking Therapies High Intensity Therapist and other professional colleagues. To develop skills in the area of professional post-graduate teaching, training and supervision, as appropriate. To provide professional and clinical supervision to other members of the team, including Trainee High Intensity Therapists, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and Assistant Psychologists. Where appropriate, to provide this to trainee NHS Talking Therapies workers and other clinical staff. Person Specification

Recognised/accredited post graduate level training in a psychological therapy

Full accreditation with BABCP or eligibility for BPS/CPC and eligibility for BABCP accreditation.
