Personal Trainer - Brighton

We are seeking a certified and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at our state-of-the-art fitness center in Brighton. This role requires a passionate individual dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming gym environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to all gym members, addressing their fitness inquiries and concerns with professionalism and patience.

     

    Sales: Promote and sell personal training packages and memberships to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of personalized fitness plans.

     

    Cleaning: Ensure all areas of the gym, including equipment and common spaces, are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.

     

    Training Clients: Develop and implement customized training programs for clients, considering their specific fitness levels, goals, and preferences. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.

     

    Running Group Training Sessions: Lead energizing and effective group fitness classes, creating a positive and inclusive environment for participants of all levels.

     

    Administrative Duties: Manage scheduling, client session tracking, and other administrative tasks related to personal training services efficiently.

     

    Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required, contributing to the overall success and operation of the fitness center.
