The role

As SEO Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of our SEO strategy and roadmap, aimed at driving relevant traffic and conversions. You will get to work on all areas of SEO, with driving delivery through other teams such as engineering, content and ecommerce. Be driving ideation through to delivery both on page and off page, using insights and data to drive performance.

The role will be the first SEO role in the business and will have the opportunity to really shape this role

What we're looking for in you

Leadership - Take full leadership of SEO across the business and all websites

Excellence - Constantly drive quality traffic and best practice in the industry.

Stakeholder Management - Represent SEO in meetings across the business, ensuring everyone is brought into the strategy and is prioritising SEO.

Accountability - Be highly accountable for all team actions and report back to key stakeholders and trading groups.

Communication - Confidently and clearly communicate your chosen search strategies, optimisation techniques and results to all stakeholders

Commercial Awareness - presenting clear, data-backed business cases for investment to improve revenue
