Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager will manage the accuracy of the stock within the area of control and in line with the agreed KPIs. You'll be part of one of Europe's leading automotive lighting designers and manufacturers for the luxury and supercar markets.

During your first few weeks in this Warehouse Manager role, you can expect to begin work on some of the following:

• Maintain in a suitable manner returned and empty packaging
• Ensure that materials are supplied to internal customers in a timely manner
• Establish and maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation
• Be aware and manage KPIs and measures relating to external accreditations
• Actively develop warehouse staff to drive performance in all aspects of the department consistently

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager with experience in a high number of SKUs in a low-volume environment and an excellent leadership background. Additional qualifications include:

• Efficient pick rate and process implementer
• Proficient SAP user
• Innovator and promoter of positive change, continuous improvements, and commercial/financial awareness
• Track record in new warehouse layouts and processes
• VDA and IATF procedural background and experience and experienced in sequencing and JIT
