Brand Finance Manager (6 months Fixed Term)

We’re looking for a commercially astute Finance Manager to support the UK Branded business, on a fixed term basis, as it continues to grow. This role is to support the team through a time of transition and requires someone with proven capabilities in commercial, business partnering finance functions who can deliver strongly with minimal support.

As an exprienced Commercial Finance Manager, you are someone who has the ability to challenge and influence others, build strong relationships and can explain finance to those who may not have a finance background. 

You will be supporting the UK branded business as it continues to grow, and this role would suit you if you’re looking to move into a highly commercial area that is exceptionally fast paced and hugely rewarding.

The main purpose of this job is to:

Provide Financial support and analysis for Category Marketing Directors and their teams to enable robust and value-adding decision making, taking both a short and long-term view of performance drivers Support the Brand Finance team on the delivery of new product development, analysis of the financial performance and helping to facilitate key forecast cycles  Become a key member of the Brand Finance team, supporting in the improvement of several key cross-functional financial processes 

Autonomy is an important aspect of this role and your main responsibility would be to help the brand teams make informed decisions, based on financial data.

To excel in this role, you will be skilled in supporting marketing and commercial planning teams with product development, facilitating key forecast cycles, and leading the budget process.

ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified (proven PQE experience at a senior level) A demonstrable commercial and analytical background within FMCG businesses A proven self-starter with strong Excel skills
