We are looking for a Solicitor to join the Real Estate team in our Bath office. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, working with a large FTSE listed company. It is anticipated that you will have demonstrable experience of Real Estate law and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, thus you will have experience of:

Real Estate finance; where you have experience acting on behalf of the lender and the borrower Specific experience of financing matters with skills to support a varied client base of; institutional, alternative and private lenders as well as corporate and private borrowers. Post Qualification experience; Real Estate finance experience after qualifying, but perhaps also time spent working as a Paralegal or Trainee within a Real Estate team.

Whilst this role is based in the Bath office there will be the opportunity for you to work with other fee earners within the Real Estate Team based at our other offices.
