As an EYFS teacher, you will:

Work with children to deliver learning programmes and activities that are aligned with the EYFS curriculum and the school’s vision and values.Encourage children to interact with others and engage in play-based learning.Assist with the general pastoral care of the children, including helping them with their personal, social, emotional and physical needs.Prepare and maintain classroom resources and equipment and assist the children in their use.Provide regular feedback on children’s progress and development.Liaise with parents and carers to ensure that they are informed and involved in their child’s learning journey.
To be successful in this role, you will need:Qualified teacher status.an in depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.Experience working within an Early Years setting, this is useful but not essential.Experience using phonics. An up to date DBS or willingness to get one.The ability to provide an inspiring, engaging and safe learning environment.
