Responsibilities:
- Ensureall Project Work is completed according to Quality Health &Safety and NRSWAguidelines
- Support thedaytoday operations providing technical and operational support toaid job delivery.
- Ensureoptimum productivity of FieldOperatives.
- Reduce thenumber of defects and ensure swift resolution of defects whereidentified.
- Act as acommunication link between field and office staff deliveringtechnical Health & Safety and commercial conversations tofieldoperatives.
- Presightingjobs when required to ensure fluidity and reduce margin for failure/ abortive visits.
- Attendsite meetings with customer councils etc. asrequired.
- Support theOperations Manager to ensure swift technical problem resolution inthe field.
- Support theOperations manager to ensure full administration & realtime update compliance to ensure there are no inhibitors to swiftpayment following jobcompletion
- Support theRecruitment and Induction all new field operatives whererequired.

- Lantra M6(Essential)
- Good knowledgeof Health &Safety
- Good communicationpeople management and leadershipskills
- Valid drivinglicense is essential Company vehicle provided for businessuse
- The ability to workunder pressure and remain calm with a high attention todetail
